Getting started
New to professional drone services? These answers will get you up to speed.
Talk to our teamDroneOfficial is a professional drone services platform connecting businesses with certified drone pilots worldwide. We handle aerial photography, videography, mapping, surveying, and inspection — managing flight planning, airspace compliance, and post-processing so you receive ready-to-use deliverables.
It starts with a brief: tell us your project goals, location, and timeline. We assign a certified local pilot, plan the flight, obtain any required authorisations, carry out the mission, and deliver your files — photos, video, or data — via a secure cloud link within 24–72 hours of the flight.
We operate across Europe and beyond, working with a global network of certified pilots to ensure compliance and fast turnaround wherever your project is located.
For standard projects we can typically deploy within 48–72 hours of brief confirmation, subject to airspace availability and weather. Urgent assignments can often be arranged within 24 hours — contact us to discuss your timeline.
Very little. Share your site address, project objectives, and any relevant plans or drawings. We handle the rest — site risk assessment, airspace notifications, NOTAM coordination, and crew briefing. You just need to confirm access on the day.
Our services
Learn what's possible with professional drone technology across different disciplines.
See all servicesOur core services are aerial photography, aerial videography, drone mapping and surveying, and drone inspection. Within each category we offer specialised outputs — from 4K cinematic video and 360° panoramas to LiDAR point clouds, thermal imagery, orthomosaic maps, and volumetric reports.
We work across construction, real estate, agriculture, energy and utilities, infrastructure, film and media, events, and environmental monitoring. Our pilots are experienced with active job sites, urban environments, rural land, and offshore installations.
Yes. Multi-sensor missions are common — for example, capturing 4K video, high-resolution stills, and a georeferenced orthomosaic in a single deployment. Combining deliverables in one mission reduces cost and disruption to your site.
Our pilots operate DJI Enterprise and Matrice platforms, Parrot ANAFI, and specialist FPV systems. Sensor options include RGB cameras (up to 100MP), multispectral (Micasense, Parrot Sequoia), thermal (FLIR), and LiDAR (Zenmuse L2, Livox). Sensor selection is matched to your project requirements.
Yes. We offer scheduled repeat-flight contracts for construction progress monitoring, agricultural crop surveillance, infrastructure inspection cycles, and environmental change detection. Recurring programmes benefit from discounted rates and priority scheduling.
Pricing depends on service type, site size, duration, and deliverables. Aerial photography sessions start from €150. Mapping and surveying projects typically range from €500 to €3,000. Ongoing inspection or monitoring contracts are priced per visit or on a monthly retainer. Request a quote for a precise estimate.
Every quote includes pilot fees, equipment, airspace authorisation, post-processing, and file delivery. There are no hidden charges for standard projects. Additional costs only arise for specialist equipment, remote locations requiring extended travel, or last-minute scheduling.
Most projects follow a 3–5 day cycle: day 1 quote and confirmation, day 2–3 flight planning and authorisations, day 4 flight, day 5 processed deliverables. Complex multi-day surveys or large-scale projects are scoped individually with a clear milestone timeline.
We monitor conditions throughout and will contact you proactively if the forecast is unsuitable. Rescheduling due to weather is always free of charge. Our pilots follow strict wind speed, visibility, and precipitation limits to ensure image quality and safety on every mission.
Files are delivered via a secure cloud link (Google Drive, WeTransfer, or a client portal depending on volume). Standard access is 30 days with download-all included. Extended storage and white-label delivery options are available for enterprise clients.
Regulations & safety
We operate fully certified, insured, and compliant on every mission — so you never have to worry.
Our compliance pageYes. Every pilot holds a valid remote pilot licence issued by the relevant national aviation authority (AESA in Spain, CAA in the UK, DGAC in France, and so on) and operates in full compliance with EASA Open and Specific category regulations. Certifications are verified before each assignment.
All DroneOfficial pilots operate with commercial drone liability insurance in line with applicable regulations. For enterprise projects or critical infrastructure, we can arrange extended coverage on request.
Yes, with the appropriate authorisations. Our operations team handles NOTAM filings, LAANC (US) or national ATC coordination (EU), and site-specific risk assessments. We have experience operating in urban areas, near helipads, and around active construction airspace.
We comply with GDPR and all applicable data protection legislation. Flight paths are planned to minimise capture of private property. Imagery containing identifiable individuals or third-party property is handled according to your data processing agreement. We do not share or sell client data unless required by law.
Our pilots complete a pre-flight site risk assessment for every mission. Safety measures include exclusion zones for ground personnel, visual observers for urban flights, and real-time airspace monitoring via certified apps. We coordinate with your site safety officer as required.
